Flex Program

Carondelet St. Joseph’s Hospital, Carondelet St. Mary’s Hospital and Carondelet Holy Cross Hospital are introducing a new differential pay program for nurses who join our core staff as members of the central resource team (float pool).

Diverse knowledge and clinical experience + shift flexibility = Higher pay.

To be eligible for this program, you must be hired into a position of 48 hours or more per pay period, able to work flexible shifts and possess and maintain a diverse clinical skill set. Then, you may be able to reap the reward of $4.00 per hour  over the base rate for every hour worked.
