Meet Our Team
Our friendly team of audiologists at Carondelet Neurological Institute’s Hearing Center has more than 40 years’ combined experience in the diagnosis and treatment of hearing-related disorders. When they’re not providing care, they’re helping instruct the next generation of hearing specialists.
Elizabeth Cozzi, Au.D.
Elizabeth has been a hospital-based clinician for 20 years, providing audiology services for infants, children and adults. She is an adjunct clinical instructor for the University of Arizona Department of Speech and Hearing Sciences. Her areas of special interest include balance and vestibular disorders, electrophysiology, and American Sign Language.
Analydia Fulcher, Au.D.
Analydia is a clinical audiologist with expertise in the areas of vestibular and balance disorders, aural rehabilitation and hearing aids. She is an audiology preceptor for the University of Arizona Speech and Hearing Department. A Tucson native, Analydia is bilingual in English and Spanish and provides audiology services for infants, children and adults.
Shawna Bohn, Au.D.
Shawna has more than 20 years’ experience in diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology. She has worked in both hospital and private settings providing care for infant and adult populations. She has special interests in pediatric and child audiology, hearing aids, and American Sign Language. Shawna is a clinical associate/audiology supervisor for the University of Arizona Department of Speech and Hearing.
