Financial Assistance

Carondelet Health Network, a non-profit health care organization offers a Financial Assistance program for patients who require hospitalization or receive care in our emergency rooms.

Carondelet Health Network, Patient Financial Services (PFS) representatives make every effort to identify patients who may qualify for financial assistance at the earliest possible point in the registration/accounting process. This is done in a confidential manner that respects the privacy and dignity of the patient and his or her family.

Financial Assistance Program:

In accordance with our Mission and Values, Carondelet Health Network is committed to caring for all people regardless of their ability to pay, with special attention to those who are poor and vulnerable.  Carondelet Health Network offers financial counseling and assistance to help address any financial concerns patients or families may have regarding their care. Our financial aid policies, which can be found at HERE reflect Carondelet Health Network’s dedication to working together with our patients in a compassionate and caring manner to identify options for resolving their financial obligations.

Self Pay Discount

Carondelet recognizes that all patients may not have health insurance and are “self-pay.” A 45% discount on the hospital bill is provided to any patient who does not have health insurance and does not qualify for the Financial Assistance Program.
