Chaplain Services
Quality patient care includes being attentive to your physical, spiritual and emotional needs. A member of our Spiritual Care staff may visit you during your stay. St. Mary’s Chaplains include Catholic priests, religious Sisters, as well as ordained ministers and board certified chaplains from other faith traditions. Volunteer Eucharistic Ministers bring Communion to Catholic patients who wish to receive the sacrament during their stay. The Sacrament of the Sick and Reconciliation are available to our Catholic patients during the day and in emergencies at night. All patients may ask for a blessing from any of our spiritual caregivers.
Patients are encouraged to contact their own clergy. Our chaplains will assist in making these contacts. Chaplains are available duing the day and on call at night to help meet your spiritual needs.
It is our sincere desire that your soul will be comforted and nourished through the services offered by our Spiritual Care Services.
