Carondelet Hospice and Palliative Care is the most experienced and professional hospice in Arizona. Our physicians, and a high percentage of our RNs, are Board Certified in Hospice and Palliative Care. We employ only Masters Level Social Workers, Bereavement Counselors, and Chaplains, and our nurses have an average of 25 years of experience. This experienced hospice team is available 24 hours, 7 days a week to meet the needs of our patients and their loved ones.
