Cost:
- $10 to $25/per
month for one child
- $15 to $35/per
month for two or more children.
- KidsCare will cost no more
than $35/per month no matter how many children are in the
household.
- Native
Americans receive KidsCare at no cost.
Eligibility:
- Persons 18
years or younger
- Resident of
Arizona
- United States
Citizen. If not a citizen, then a Green Card carrier for 5
years or longer.
- Currently
uninsured
- Household
income meets the KidsCare Income Requirements.
