Financial Assistance Program

Carondelet Network offers several financial assistance programs for patients with limited or no insurance coverage. Our dedicated staff will guide and identify all available options based on government and hospital rules and regulations. Eligibility Enrollment Services (EES)

Eligibility Enrollment Services is a service that is provided to you at no cost. This government-paid program may cover all or part of your hospital and medical expenses if you meet some of the following qualifications:

  • Under 18 or over 65 years of age
  • Pregnant or have children in the household
  • Potentially disabled
  • Victim of crime

  • Medicaid/AHCCCS
  • Temporary Assistance for Needy Families
  • Social Security Disability
  • Supplemental Security Income
  • Victims of a Violent Crime Fund

Charity Care Program

For patients without the means to pay for hospital expenses or qualify for government programs, Charity Care may be available. If your household income is below 200% of federal poverty limit, you may qualify for this assistance program. To be considered for this assistance program, you will be required to provide information on your household finances through a confidential Financial Application. Documentation will be requested to verify your circumstances in order to determine eligibility. Uninsured Discount Program

Uninsured Patients are eligible for our Compact with Uninsured discounts. Our hospital patient advocates will assist you with understanding the rules of eligibility for the Uninsured Discount Program.
