From free screenings to health fairs, Carondelet offers numerous classes, events, support groups and health education sessions to the local communities we serve. In addition, we partner with local organizations that join us in our mission to improve the health of Southern Arizonans. Community Health Needs Assessments
A key part of our mission is supporting the health of our communities in meaningful, measurable ways. Our network goes to great lengths to study and ascertain the most pressing health needs of the communities we serve. This process and its conclusions
are described in a document called the Community Health Needs Assessment, which is updated every three years. These Assessments are accompanied by Implementation Strategies.
