Skillet Ham Hash

This savory hash makes use of bell peppers, onions, ham, potatoes, parsley and Cajun spices. Top it with a fried egg or serve it with healthy greens for dinner. Customize it with roasted veggies, herbs or other leftover meats as add-ons.
