Childbirth Education Class

This class covers many aspects of pregnancy and childbirth: - Physical and psychological changes - Hospital admission procedures and routines - Stages of labor - Medical interventions - Cesarean birth - Pain management options - Partner's role in labor and delivery - Breathing and relaxation techniques In addition the class covers information about the recovery period for mom and baby, newborn procedures after birth, newborn appearance, choosing a pediatrician, post-partum care.

Please enter the hospital through the main entrance and to meet in the Childbirth Education Classroom. Remember there is a hospital tour included with the Childbirth Education class, no need to signup for the tour separately.
