Diabetes
Grupo de Apoyo de Niños

Tucson Area Pump Club
Details: Ideal for People with Diabetes (PWD) who use an insulin pump, but EVERYONE is welcome—Type 1, Type 1.5, Type 2, and any other diabetes type along with family members of PWD! Topics vary monthly as requested
by participants.

Cardiac Support Group
Details: For cardiac patients, their families and friends.

Details: For people with chronic lung disease and family members

Neurological
Aphasia Group
Details: To utilize group process to improve communication skills, practice compensatory techniques and receive support from other individuals with communication difficulties. Appropriate for individuals with communication deficits due to stroke, TBI
or other neurologic etiology with resultant aphasia, dysarthria and apraxia of speech.

Brain Injury Support Group
Details: Appropriate for individuals who have mild cognitive deficits secondary to brain injury.

Communication Support Group
Details: Appropriate for individuals with communication deficits due to stroke, TBI or other neurologic etiology with resultant aphasia, dysarthria, voice disorders and/or pragmatic disturbances. The purpose is to utilize group process to improve communication
skills, practice compensatory techniques and receive support from other individuals with communication difficulties.

Life After Stroke
Details: The goal of this group is to provide a forum for families, friends and survivors to learn about stroke and to provide support for each other.

Spousal Support Group
Details: Appropriate for spouses/significant others of individuals with communication difficulties due to stroke or traumatic brain injury.

Rehabilitation
Amputee Support Group
Details: Monthly amputee support group for persons with amputations at varying ages, functional levels and experiences. We come together to share stories, advice and experiences in an encouraging environment. Facilitated by a physical therapist and occupational
therapist who specialize in amputee care.

Women’s Health
Breast Cancer Support Group
Details: To facilitate sharing and support among breast cancer survivors and provide educational opportunities related to breast cancer issues.

Breastfeeding Support Group
Details: A support group for new mothers and their infants. Visit with other moms, receive support from lactation specialists, share experiences and much more!

Footprints
Details: A free support group for parents who have lost a baby to miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, stillbirth, newborn death or SIDS. Connect with people who’ve experienced the same kind of loss and receive the love and support you need — grandparents
and/or siblings also are invited to attend.

Postpartum Support Group
