At Carondelet Behavioral Health, in Partnership with El Rio Health, we believe an integrated approach by a team of licensed behavioral health specialists is necessary to address chronic behavioral health issues. El Rio and Carondelet have joined forces to enhance our community's access to comprehensive behavioral health services and establish a complete continuum of care.
This partnership will ensure increased community capacity for behavioral health services for patients requiring crisis psychiatric services. This will allow them to receive integrated care in an acute setting and have a smooth transition to outpatient behavioral health services upon discharge. Together, we will create an individualized care plan to manage mental and behavioral health conditions and meet patients' healthcare goals.
