At St. Joseph’s Cardiac Rehabilitation Center, we help people meet the challenges of living with heart disease. Our goal is to help restore your health and promote well-being after you have experienced a heart attack, heart surgery, angioplasty, stent placement, angina or other heart related problems. Successful rehabilitation involves mind, body and spirit so you will find our staff working diligently to provide just the right mix of lifestyle information, group support and exercise to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Cardiac Rehabilitation is Monday, Wednesday and Friday and the length of the program is usually about 12 weeks (36 visits) depending on insurance coverage.

At the Cardiac Rehabilitation Center at St. Joseph’s Hospital we concentrate on helping you increase your self-confidence as you build the strength you need to do the things you enjoy every day.
